Conducting a thorough inspection of each property we’re asked to report on, Insight Building Inspections will spend at least an hour going over every part of the building, inside and out. Ross encourages buyers to be onsite with him as he conducts his inspections so that he can discuss the findings and answer any questions to ensure complete confidence in the process.
Regardless of whether the buyers join Ross for the inspection, every report includes photos for easy reference to areas of concern.
You can rely on Insight Building Inspections to provide a detailed building report carried out in accordance with Australian Standards (AS 4349.1 2007). Note that according to standards and qualifications, residential building inspectors cannot report on plumbing and electrical as those trades are separately licensed. However, we do look for and bring your attention to any faulty pipes and wiring on the premises that may look suspicious.
